Dr. Portia Siwawa is an experienced, fellowship-trained breast surgeon currently practicing at Piedmont Rockdale Hospital in Conyers, GA. She has over ten years of practice experience since completing her breast surgery fellowship and practices with a highly collaborative multidisciplinary approach to her patients. She is an active member of the Piedmont Oncology Breast Cancer Steering Committee and committed to innovation in improving her patients’ outcomes. Dr. Siwawa completed her internship and General Surgery residency at The Brooklyn Hospital Center in New York City, followed by a Breast Surgical Oncology fellowship at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She provides care for patients with breast cancer and related conditions, drawing on more than a decade of experience. Dr. Siwawa is a member of all of the relevant national societies and in her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, learning new languages, and playing tennis and netball.
